For builders

A clearer route from prototype to funding.

Soltechnics is intended for teams prepared to define the work, carry early execution risk, and show the community what they have built.

The builder proposition

Reserved funding, earned through delivery.

Once a campaign is approved and backed, capital would be reserved for its milestones. The builder works through the early stages and receives each tranche after submitting agreed proof.

This asks more of builders at the start. It also gives the community a stronger reason to support teams that can execute.

Campaign design

A credible proposal is specific.

Technical scopeWhat the product or system will do, what already exists, and the main engineering risks.
Budget and stagesHow much capital each milestone needs and what completion looks like.
Reviewable evidenceThe files, tests, demonstrations, or code the community can inspect.
Failure conditionsWhat happens if work is delayed, changed, or stopped under the final protocol rules.
What proof can look like

The work should be visible.

01

Design

Architecture, schematics, component choices, and a test plan.

02

Prototype

Recorded hardware demonstrations, measured performance, and reproducible test notes.

03

Software

Published code, documentation, and evidence that the system runs as described.

For future builders

Follow the protocol as it develops.
