Know what must happen before funds move.
Soltechnics is being designed to make campaign commitments, milestone evidence, and staged payouts visible before and after a project is backed.
Funding with checkpoints.
The model addresses one central exposure: paying the full amount before the difficult work is done.
Before backing
Review the project plan, budget, milestone criteria, and intended payout schedule.
During the build
Inspect submitted evidence and the progress made against each agreed checkpoint.
If work stops
Unreleased capital is intended to remain in escrow and become claimable under the final protocol rules.
Escrow changes the funding path. It does not guarantee delivery.
Robotics and AI projects can fail despite good intentions and careful planning. The proposed system cannot eliminate technical, market, or execution risk.
Its purpose is narrower and more concrete: limit upfront payouts, define the proof required for each tranche, and preserve unreleased funds when work stalls.
